Personal data is erased as soon as possible, and never used or passed on for advertising purposes without your consent. Legal Bases &amp; Consent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process the personal data only insofar as this is necessary to render our services. Consent that has been granted can be revoked at any time with effect for the future \u2013 for example, by sending an email to the responsible office mentioned above. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. Data Erasure &amp; Storage Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies. A longer retention period applies only if statutory retention obligations apply or if legitimate interests (e.g., legal prosecution within limitation periods) require it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V. Server Log Files<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each time the website is accessed, the following data are collected automatically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Browser type and version<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operating system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IP address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date and time of access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Size of the retrieved object<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purpose &amp; Legal Basis:<\/strong> The data collection serves to provide the website (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, \u00a7 3 TDDDG), as well as to ensure system security and optimization (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Retention period:<\/strong> The IP address is deleted after the session has ended. Log data for system security is stored for a maximum of seven days; after that, IP addresses are irreversibly anonymized or deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objection:<\/strong> The collection of log data is technically essential for the operation of the website; therefore, an objection is not possible in this regard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VI. Cookies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use only those <strong>cookies which are necessary for our website to function properly<\/strong>. These do not contain any personal data and are used solely for the operation of the website (e.g., language settings, anti-spam protection).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(2) TDDDG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Retention period:<\/strong> Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies remain on the device for a defined period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VII. Web Analytics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use the tool Matomo (<a href=\"https:\/\/matomo.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">matomo.org<\/a>) to analyse the activities on our website. Matomo is operated on our own server; data is not shared with third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matomo is operated without cookies and with complete IP anonymization. No personal data is stored and no user profiles are created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in website optimization). As no personal data is processed, Section 25 of the TDDDG does not apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VIII. Email Contact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can contact us by email at contact@safe-net.tech. The data you provide will be used exclusively to process your request and will not be shared with third parties unless this is necessary for processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Retention period:<\/strong> Data will be deleted as soon as the inquiry has been answered conclusively. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objection:<\/strong> You can end the communication at any time and object to the use of your data. The data stored up to that point will then be deleted, subject to statutory retention obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IX.
